Poster Session Instructions

Those presenting posters at the Southeast Regional IDeA Conference will be divided into two sessions on Thursday, October 12. Both sessions will be held in Morgantown Event Center Section A (MEC A). 

Poster Session A will take place from 1-2:30 p.m. Those presenting in Poster Session A may hang their poster beginning at 7: 30 a.m. on October 12. Posters must be taken down at the conclusion of the session.

Poster Session B will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Those presenting in Poster Session B may hang their poster beginning at 3:00 p.m on October 12. Posters must be taken down at the conclusion of the session. 

Posters may be no larger than 4’ x 6’ in size.

Each poster presenter will be assigned a number to correspond to designated poster board location. Assigned numbers and session times will be posted on the conference website or before Monday, October 8. Push pins will be provided.

Funding sources should be properly identified on all posters.
